The adviser technology stack is more connected than it was a decade ago, but the gaps that remain often cause the most friction — the small unfinished bridges between two systems that both hold the same client data.
A few prompts:
- Which integrations do you rely on that still fail regularly?
- Which are missing entirely and would materially reduce rekeying if they existed?
- Where has an integration failure led to a real client-service issue?
Anonymise examples where necessary and avoid identifying specific vendors negatively.
One request before you reply: please describe what you have actually seen rather than what is generally said to be true. Broad claims about what advisers think are far less useful than a specific, anonymised observation, and firms should always take their own compliance view on anything discussed here.
